  • If the service was not provided as agreed upon in the initial contract.

  • If there was a verifiable issue caused by our team that resulted in an unsatisfactory experience.

  • If a cancellation request is made within the specified cancellation window.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have been fully rendered and approved by the client.

  • Deposits or booking fees that are stated as non-refundable.

  • Any service that has been customized or tailored specifically for the client.

  • Requests made beyond 30 days after service completion.

Refund Process

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting evidence (such as photos or correspondence).

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.

  4. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 6 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within the allowed period may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
